MCO premieres new piano concerto

The Middlebury College Orchestra (MCO) premiered a newly composed piano concerto by Jack DeBouter with piano soloist Gareth Cordery in November. The nearly twenty-minute work was written for the group and was greeted with marvelous reviews. It was partnered with a performance of Beethoven’s famous Symphony No. 6, “Pastoral”.
